Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call 516-798-1111. We always welcome new patients.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will allow us to make this time available to another patient. Multiple consecutive cancellations and failed appointments may result in the need to pre-pay to make an appointment or result in dismissal from our practice.
Waiting Room Activities
Our office has many unique, child-centered amenities that make it one-of-a-kind! For the comfort of our patients, we offer a Thomas the Train set, X-box video game system, interactive wall games and a television in our reception area. Our treatment rooms contain televisions and VCRs so children have a choice of watching Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network or a video from our library.
Procedures
Some of our frequently performed procedures include regular check-ups, cleanings, fluoride treatments, early orthodontic evaluations, white fillings and sealants. During the exam, the doctors will check for cavities, do growth and development assessments, early orthodontic evaluations and identify harmful habits to help determine and reduce the amount of treatments down the road.
The Hoya Versawave Lasers eliminate the need for shots for most dental fillings, help alleviate canker and fever sores and allow frenectomies to be a comfortable and simple procedure.
We provide different options for behavior management to allow your child to receive the safest and most comfortable treatment, including IV sedation with Dr. Boorin.
Our office uses only white filling material to provide the most esthetic results. We apply sealants, which is a fine protective coating for the molars, to help prevent cavities from forming on the biting surface.

For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club.
We also have the Telecheck facility which allows us to scan your check and give it back to you the same day.
Full payment is due for treatment completed on that day.
We are happy to file insurance claims for you, and our financial coordinator will call your insurance company prior to treatment for an estimate of your benefits. For more information, please speak to a member of our financial team.
